Dr. Paster has developed a specialized expertise in women's imaging over his 33 years of practice as a radiologist. He helped introduce breast core biopsy to New Mexico in 1993, and recently became one of the first physicians in the area to be certified in interpreting bone mineral density exams (DEXA), expanding its role in the diagnosis and treatment of osteoporosis. Dr. Paster has authored numerous publications on women's imaging and is co-director of Breast Imaging Center.
