Russell Parker, MD, is Board Certified by the American Board of Radiology. Dr. Parker is a graduate of University of California, Berkeley. He received his medical degree from Wake Forest University. His internship and residency in Diagnostic Radiology were both at the St. Francis Medical Center. Dr. Parker completed a Fellowship in Neuroradiology at Emory University School of Medicine. He has been practicing at X-Ray Associates of New Mexico since 1999, and joins Dr. Lowry in providing a first-rate neuroradiology service to our referring physicians.
